Job Opportunity: HSEQ Advisor
Multiple projects in Darwin and throughout the NT
5:2 local Darwin residents with occasional remote visits

Responsibilities
Support the leadership team in fostering a positive safety culture
Analyse HSEQ performance, reporting, and system updates
Advise and educate teams on legislative requirements
Investigate incidents and critical risks
Liaise with key stakeholders regarding HSEQ matters
Drive a safe and healthy work environment
Conduct site inspections, audits, pre-start meetings, and Toolbox talks
Coordinate HSEQ training programs
Assist in preparing and implementing HSEQ documentation
Maintain the company's Integrated Management System
Create and review SWMS and JHA's, and conduct audits
About You
Experience leading HSEQ in construction and remediation projects
Qualifications in Health & Safety or related discipline
Ability to develop and maintain positive site relationships
Self-managing with an emphasis on project efficiency and team environment
Strong problem-solving skills
Attention to detail with good prioritization and deadline management
Understanding of Quality Management processes
