Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced customizations within Dynamics 365 Sales or Service modules, including development of custom plugins, workflows, and Power Automate flows to meet complex business requirements.
- Apply AI to improve software engineering workflows or customer support within the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Design and implement modern, secure APIs using RESTful and event-driven patterns, OpenAPI/Swagger, and Azure-native services like API Management, Functions, and Logic Apps.
- Design and build Azure Integrations (APIM, Azure Functions, Logic Apps) and promote reusable, well-documented APIs across domains.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with architects, product managers, and delivery teams to align API solutions with business needs and drive continuous improvement.
- Mentor engineers, champion best practices, contribute to risk assessments, incident response planning, and foster a high-performance, adaptable team culture.
- Maintain expertise in API technologies, pursue certifications, and identify opportunities for productivity and process enhancements.

Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM), Power Platform, and Azure API development; strong cloud-native architecture experience.
- CRM & Power Platform: Customization of Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service), model-driven and canvas Power Apps, Power Automate, and API integrations.
- Programming: C#, JavaScript, Python, HTML/CSS, JSON, Power Query.
- Azure Services: Logic Apps, Azure Functions, API Management; Data Factory, Blob Storage, Key Vault; OAuth 2.0, Azure AD; CI/CD with Azure DevOps, Git.
- BI: Power BI dashboards and data modeling for CRM analytics.
- Methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Hybrid delivery; cloud architecture and API security best practices.
