About the Diabetes Educator role:

As a Diabetes Educator, you will work in acute and community settings with Type 1 & 2 diabetes and gestational diabetes. You will identify and implement quality improvement opportunities and collaborate with allied health teams to achieve a multi-disciplinary approach to diabetes management.
Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:
* AHPRA registration
* 5 years post-graduate experience
