Job Description
This role involves providing support to the operations team with various administrative tasks, such as answering queries from customers, employees, and suppliers. You will also be responsible for learning different aspects of our ERP system, processing jobs, raising invoices, allocating parts, and performing other logistical tasks.
* Assist with customer service including answering queries from customers, employees, and suppliers
* Learn various aspects of our ERP system to process jobs, raise invoices, allocate parts, and perform other logistical tasks
* Perform warehousing and logistics tasks as required
* Assist with administration of inventory purchasing and returns
* Assist with invoicing
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must be willing to commit to completing a Certificate 3 in Business. You should possess highly developed oral and written communication skills, a professional attitude and work ethic, and a desire to learn and develop.
