Help create a seamless onboarding experience for our people as our new Master Data Consultant
About the Role
Are you seeking a supportive and collaborative team environment? Are you passionate about delivering an exceptional employee experience and ensuring a smooth start for new team members? We're looking for an Employee Master Data Consultant to join our team and play a vital role in supporting the accuracy and efficiency of our onboarding and BAU processes.
You'll be the go-to expert for ensuring our people data is accurate and aligned across our HRIS/Payroll systems. Your work will directly impact how new employees experience their first days and ensure teams across the business have the information they need to support them.
You will join a high-performing, welcoming team, based at our modern Head Office, which offers a vibrant environment featuring a balcony, BBQ area, collaborative and quiet spaces, and plenty of natural light.
About the role
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Monitor and interpret daily data reports to identify and resolve discrepancies across HR, Payroll, and Time & Attendance System
* Take ownership of correcting data issues quickly and accurately
* Partner closely with Managers, People & Experience teams, and Payroll to support seamless employee onboarding
* Educate stakeholders on correct data processes to help build better, longer-term data integrity
* Support continuous improvement efforts that enhance employee experience and operational efficiency
About you
Our ideal candidate will have:
* Experience in HR administration, payroll, onboarding, or a data-focused support role
* High attention to detail and a drive to investigate and resolve data issues
* Strong written and verbal communication skills—you're confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels
* Ability to work independently, stay organised, and manage multiple tasks
* Experience with Workday/SuccessFactors is highly desirable
* Knowledge of Enterprise Bargaining Agreements is highly desirable
* Willingness to complete a National Police Check
