Your Opportunity: As an Insurance Building Estimator/Supervisor, you will:
* Report directly to the Construction Manager.
* Estimate, schedule, and supervise trades and repair projects.
* Excel in customer service, using strong communication skills to build relationships and resolve conflicts.
* Utilise advanced technology to exceed KPIs in insurance repair estimating and supervision.

What We're Looking For:
* Experience: Preferably trade qualified (carpentry preferred), with experience in insurance-related estimating and supervising.
* Skills: Strong communication, organisation, and time management abilities, with high attention to detail.
* Knowledge: Familiarity with the National Construction Code, Building Regulations, and Workplace Health and Safety requirements.
* Technical Ability: Competent with mobile devices, repair management systems, and the Microsoft Office suite.
* Mindset: Proactive, safety-conscious, and a strong team player.
