We are looking for a diligent, collaborative, and solutions-driven Data Analyst to join our Data & Analytics (D&A) team. The D&A team is responsible for the design, engineering, development & support of operational and advanced analytics that informs and supports decision-makers across Healthscope. We service the entire organisation, including hospital operations, health fund contract management, Finance, Procurement and more. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business problems, and identify opportunities for improvement. Develop reports, dashboards, and data extracts that provide actionable insights. Investigate and respond to ad hoc data and analytics requests. Design, build, and maintain data models and pipelines within our data warehouse. Document data definitions, business logic, and analytics processes to support ongoing knowledge sharing. Proficiency in SQL and basic understanding of data modelling principles. Experience in extracting insights and storytelling with data. Commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement.
