The role is dedicated solely to providing clinical case support in theatre settings, with no sales responsibilities involved.
We are seeking candidates with a background as a Theatre or Scrub Nurse, ideally with experience in Orthopaedics, or professionals from a medical device clinical support environment.
About the Role:
With a key focus on customer and clinical excellence, the Clinical Specialist is primarily responsible for providing exceptional service by offering solutions to Surgeons and Medical/Healthcare professionals across Arthrex's product portfolio including Sports Medicine & Arthroscopy, Distal Extremities & Traumatology, and Orthobiologics.
Key Responsibilities:
* Developing effective relationships and liaising with Surgeons and Theatre staff; providing support for products/solutions that addresses customer's pain points
* Identifying customer needs and optimising on opportunities and presenting product information
* Providing in-theatre clinical support during cases, delivering in-servicing for customers, working with the sales representative on territory
* Ensuring that all service/support that is needed to ensure successful surgical case outcomes is coordinated
* Territory: Tasmania
Requirements:
* Background as a Theatre or Scrub Nurse with experience in Orthopaedics OR clinical support experience within a medical device company (this will be highly regarded)
* Demonstrates a collaborative mindset with a focus on building long term, trust-based relationships
* Excels in communication, time management, and prioritisation across competing demands
