Are you an organised and proactive individual with a passion for real estate? We're on the hunt for a Sales & Listing Administrator to join our high performing team on the Gold Coast.
In this dynamic role, you'll work closely with a team of successful sales agents and be part of a supportive administration team known for delivering exceptional service and fostering a strong team culture.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Preparing appraisal and listing kits, contracts, Form 6s, and REIQ-approved documents
* Coordinating marketing collateral and listing content
* Managing database entries and CRM updates
* Liaising with buyers, vendors, solicitors, and agents throughout the sales process
* Supporting auction and open home preparation
* Managing online portals and property listings
* General administrative and ad-hoc support across the sales process
Bonus Experience (Not Required):
* Familiarity with Vault CRM / NurtureCloud
* Confidence using Canva for marketing material
About You:
* Prior real estate experience is a bonus, but not essential
* Immaculate presentation and a professional, can do attitude
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
* Comfortable working independently and within a team
