* $80,000 - $82,000 per annum, pro rata
Hours Per Week:
* up to 38hrs
This role provides maternity leave relief for an initial period of 29 weeks for up to 38 hours per week. The hours and period of employment may change according to the maternity leave requirements.
There is also the possibility of an extension at same / reduced hours.
About The Role
This role involves providing advanced confidential secretarial, project support services, clerical, administrative and day to day support to the Director/s of Medical Services (DMS/s). Planning and organising the activities of the DMS/s ensuring all administrative tasks are completed in an efficient and timely manner to ensure time and resources are allocated efficiently.
