Operations Delivery Coordinator
The Operations Delivery Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of projects, focusing on effective management of maintenance activities during Depot Level Maintenance and Mid-Life Periodic maintenance. This position is responsible for overseeing project planning, scope control, schedule management, client liaison, and compliance with relevant processes.
* Project Planning: Coordinate project planning and execution, manage project scope, schedules, and liaise with clients to ensure timely completion.
* Maintenance Activity Delivery: Manage delivery of maintenance activities to meet client-agreed schedules and milestones, communicate progress to stakeholders, control schedule growth, and proactively mitigate risks.
* Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality Management: Communicate HSEQ issues to all stakeholders, uphold company policies to maintain compliance, and lead initiatives aimed at achieving zero Lost Time Injuries.
* Financial Governance: Ensure timely financial close-out in accordance with project requirements, actively minimize work-in-progress and outstanding commitments.
* Quality Assurance: Oversee compliance with all relevant quality assurance standards, ensure adherence to best practices, and proactively manage and minimize non-conformities.
* Reporting: Strong analytical skills with the ability to produce and present clear, concise reports.
You will need:
* Australian citizenship or ability to obtain security clearance.
* 3-5 years of experience in project supervisory roles within the marine or construction/maintenance industry.
* Strong computer literacy across Microsoft Office Suite.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* White Card or ability to obtain.
* Experience in Primavera P6, CMMS, and/or Microsoft Project.
