This is a 70% Sales Support / 30% Customer Service role designed for a commercially minded graduate who is analytical, tech-confident and ready to grow. You’ll work directly with our National Sales and Key Account team, supporting major retail accounts while also delivering exceptional service to wholesale customers. Sales & Commercial Support Prepare and execute national account submissions and new line form Analyse account performance using advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, reporting, trend analysis) Assist with ranging presentations and planogram layouts Support online platforms including Amazon and other marketplaces Generate monthly and ad-hoc sales reports for the National Sales team Coordinate trade show stand bookings and execution Work closely with our 3PL warehouse to ensure smooth order flow Manage lead entry and data integrity across systems Customer Service & Operations Respond to wholesale and retail enquiries within 1 business day Manage order processing, invoicing and backorders Resolve delivery, damage or order discrepancies efficiently Liaise with freight forwarders and warehouse teams Maintain accurate data in ERP/MYOB systems Essential Skills Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, data analysis, reporting) Strong numerical and analytical capability High attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication Friendly, professional phone manner Ability to juggle multiple deadlines Exposure to ERP/accounting systems (MYOB ideal, or similar) Must have Permanent Residency If you’re looking for a role where you can build commercial, analytical and account management skills then this is your opportunity.
