Oversee bar operations and ensure efficient, safe, and responsible service of alcohol (RSA compliance). Manage the setup, transition, and breakdown of tables and event layouts seamlessly. The Person RSA (essential) Approved Managers (preferred). Excellent communication skills to engage professionally with VIPs, clients, and team members. Polished appearance and authoritative yet approachable demeanour. Highly organized multi-tasker with a sharp eye for detail and team management.
