This is an exciting opportunity for a strong leader ready to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children, families, and educators.About the RoleAs the Centre Director, you will:Oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring high standards of care, education, and compliance.Lead and mentor your team to deliver exceptional programs aligned with the EYLF and NQS.Build strong relationships with families and foster a sense of community and trust.Collaborate with Area Directors to meet enrolment, occupancy, and quality goals.Manage staffing, budgets, and ensure all regulatory and WHS requirements are met.What You'll NeedDiploma or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA-approved).
