Personal Trainer - Casual
Level 4 - $41.38 to $55.16 per hour incl. casual loading + 12% Superannuation
The Role
The Town is currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated casual Personal Trainers to join our dynamic leisure team. This role plays a key part in supporting our community's health and wellbeing by inspiring individuals to embrace active lifestyles and achieve their personal fitness goals.
As a Personal Trainer, you'll be responsible for:
* Designing and delivering tailored one-on-one fitness programs that suit a range of abilities and goals
* Providing personalised guidance with a focus on safety, technique, and motivation
* Encouraging long-term healthy habits through education, accountability, and positive reinforcement
* Maintaining a welcoming and professional presence within our leisure facilities
* Supporting a high-quality experience for all members through collaboration with the broader leisure team
Work Related Requirements
The preferred applicant will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol assessment to be considered for the role, as well as possess:
* Minimum Certificate IV Health and Fitness
* Extensive knowledge of gym equipment
* Demonstrated experience tracking client paperwork ensuring accuracy
* Current First Aid Certificate
* National Police Clearance
* Working with Children Card
* Rights to work in Australia
