About the role
You will be required to deliver exceptional customer service to patients and customers by ensuring meals are served accurately and in line with individual requirements. This role requires strict adherence to standard operating procedures, guidelines, duty statements, and relevant policies to maintain the highest standards of food service and care.
Shifts and Availability
* 7‐day roster including morning and afternoon shifts
* Availability to work weekends and public holidays is essential
* Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and service needs is highly valued
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with food preparation under supervision
* Deliver meals to wards and service areas
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in food service areas
* Operate dishwashing and cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
* Follow food safety and infection control protocols at all times
What We're Looking For
* A robust work ethic and commitment to teamwork
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast‐paced environment with minimal supervision
* Previous experience in food services or hospitality (desirable but not essential)
* Willingness to undergo relevant training and health checks
