Main Responsibilities:
* Oversee operational excellence, compliance, and performance standards
* Support your team to meet performance goals through genuine customer care and service delivery
* Manage staff schedules, resources, and efficiency
* Provide hands-on support in-store, assisting with sales, service, and customer satisfaction
* Partner with Optometrists to ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience

* Previous leadership experience in retail or similar industries (leadership skills are key)
* Experience supporting or contributing to staff management, labour planning, or store performance - we can help you develop these skills further
