We're thrilled to announce the opening of our brand-new store in Kotara, NSW – marking a major milestone as we launch our second physical location for NSW beauty lovers.

The Role
We're looking for casual team members who thrive on delivering personalised service and making every customer interaction count. Our ideal candidate has a strong understanding of skincare and beauty, loves connecting with customers, and enjoys helping others feel confident in their routine.
Day to Day Responsibilities
Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
Maintain product displays and ensure the store is clean, organised, and inviting.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, new launches, and industry trends.
Process transactions efficiently while meeting sales targets.
Handle stock management tasks, including restocking and inventory checks.
Participate in promotional activities and assist with in-store events.
Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
What We Are Looking For
At least 2 years of retail experience (ideally in beauty, skincare or cosmetics).
Experience as a beauty therapist, hairdresser, or makeup artist will be highly regarded.
A strong understanding of beauty products and a keen interest in skincare trends.
A natural ability to connect with customers and create a great shopping experience.
A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
Someone who stays calm and focused in a fast-paced setting.
Strong multitasking and time management skills.
A confident, positive, and solution-focused approach.
