Operations Manager Role
This is a strategic leadership position that oversees the efficient operation of water storage, treatment and distribution assets.
* Lead and manage the operational performance of water assets.
* Develop and implement effective operational strategies to deliver exceptional customer service standards.
* Manage a team responsible for delivering maintenance programs within agreed timeframes and budgets.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in project management, preferably in government or consulting to government.
Main Responsibilities:
* Customer Engagement: Foster a customer-centric culture and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
* Strategic Vision: Develop and implement improvement strategies for projects and programs.
* Communication Skills: Prepare and present high-quality reports to senior leadership.
