About the Role
This position involves working as part of a team to help plumbers and other tradespeople access products for building and renovation projects. You will also undertake tasks to keep the branch running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide customer service and information about products
* Quote products in person or over the phone
* Pick pack and control stock activities
* Maintain a tidy and safe branch environment
* Make occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone with previous retail sales or customer service experience who enjoys helping customers both in person and over the phone. You should be able to pick orders, maintain shop floor displays, and provide accurate information.
You will also need to have a clean, valid driver's license and be open to working various shifts, including weekends.
