About the Opportunity
As a Clinical Nurse Specialist Grade 2, you will play a key leadership role in our Diabetes Service, delivering expert clinical care, supporting your colleagues, and driving improvements in practice and patient outcomes.
Working Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm, you will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, providing specialised nursing services and education to patients with diabetes and their families - empowering them to live healthier, more independent lives.
What you will be doing:
Delivering expert, person-centred care to patients with complex diabetes needs
Leading and mentoring nursing staff and colleagues in best practices
Supporting and coordinating care across hospital and community services
Driving continuous improvement in diabetes care delivery, policies, and clinical protocols
Contributing to education and training initiatives within the team
