Job Title: Community Clinician
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Community Clinician on a full-time or part-time ongoing basis.
This role plays a vital part in delivering high-quality services and evidence-based care to adults experiencing acute mental health challenges.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct timely acute, urgent and routine clinical assessments, including risk and safety planning.
* Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, group and family work.
* Collaborate with consumers, carers, and community organisations to support recovery-orientated care.
* Monitor and support both mental and physical health needs, providing psychoeducation where appropriate.
* Contribute to care planning, reviews, and discharge planning alongside the multidisciplinary team.
* Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in supervision, quality improvement, and service development.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, or related field.
* Registration with relevant professional body (e.g. AHPRA).
* Proven experience in mental health settings.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
