Position Details:
Type: 12 Month Max-Term (with potential for permanent employment after 1 year)
Salary: Up to $180,000 package inclusive of Super
Location: Macquarie Park
Workstyle: Hybrid - 3-4 days in the office
Eligibility: Applicants must hold either Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency (PR). DWS cannot sponsor or support visas.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
Extensive experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise-scale business integration projects such as M&A, Finance, etc.
Strong experience in Agile environments
Experience across various projects with major businesses, preferably in Financial Services
Focus on Business Readiness & Reporting
Exceptional communication skills in English
Strong Stakeholder Management and influencing skills
Formal BA qualification (e.g., IIBA CCA, CBAP, AAC)
Knowledge of methodologies like BABOK, Scrum, BPMN
Proactive with a drive to exceed expectations
Flexible and adaptable attitude
