About the Role
">Maintenance Supervisor - Join our vibrant high-rise community as a Maintenance Supervisor. In this rewarding role, you will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day general maintenance and facilities tasks are completed to a high standard. You will work closely with your fellow Maintenance Officer, residents, and other staff members to maintain the village's presentation and ensure all areas are safe and secure.

Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out and ensure all planned preventative maintenance checks are completed as per schedules.
* Identify and respond to maintenance requests as requested (e.g painting, patching or general troubleshooting).
* Work with the Facilities team and contractors to ensure external works are attended to and completed to a high standard.
* Conduct regular inspections around the village to rectify any maintenance defects and issues.
* Complete maintenance administration items, including responding to emails, raising work orders and updating records.
">Requirements:
">Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience in maintenance, repair, facilities or construction fields.
* A proactive, outgoing & caring personality with an interest in making a difference every day.
* Valid driver's licence and two COVID-19 Vaccinations (required).
* Current Police Check certificate (if you do not have one, we can complete for you).
