This is what you move with us
- Acceptance, processing and creation of offers, booking confirmations, deposit confirmations for individual reservations by telephone or electronically
- Daily processing of the reservation checklist
- Reservations / input into the system and control
- Working according to LHW, Forbes, Kulm and ISO standards
- Daily optimisation of hotel occupancy
- General and daily knowledge of the Kulm Hotel St. Moritz offer
- Upselling
- Active cooperation at the front office, especially in the summer season; mastery of front office shift work (early and late shift)
- Close cooperation with the Front Office, operational departments and Sales & Marketing
This is you
- Completed apprenticeship as a hotel specialist (preferably 5 hotel industry) or completed commercial training
- Professional experience as a front office agent or reservations agent
- Must have: Positive written and spoken German and English language skills
- Nice to have: Italian and other foreign languages
