Your Key Responsibilities:
* Provide operational leadership to team members, promoting a culture of safety, respect, and professionalism.
* Ensure all services are delivered in accordance with organizational policies and procedures, and relevant legislation.
* Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including police, child protection, legal services, and community partners.
* Lead the development and implementation of service delivery strategies, ensuring services meet client needs and deliver positive outcomes.
* Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, driving innovation and best practice through data review, practice development, and community engagement.
Requirements:

* A degree in social work, psychology, or a related field.
