Marketing Campaign Coordinator
This role involves leading the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and print platforms. You will collaborate with senior management to shape strategic campaigns that resonate with target audiences and support long-term business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of surf culture and be able to communicate authentically with our audience. Key responsibilities include:
* Leading campaign development from concept to launch
* Collaborating with senior management on strategic campaign direction
* Managing all elements of campaign production, including copywriting and design assets
* Translating customer insights into clear marketing direction
* Assisting in setting marketing strategy and contributing to broader brand development initiatives
* Identifying market opportunities and competitor activity through ongoing research and industry engagement
Required qualifications and experience include:
* Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
* At least one year of full-time, relevant work experience (or 3-5 years of relevant full-time work instead of a formal qualification)
* Strong writing and communication skills
* Experience working within the surf, skate or action sports industry is highly desirable
* Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Klaviyo, and Shopify
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite—particularly Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, and InDesign
Desirable qualifications include experience coordinating influencer or ambassador partnerships.
Salary: $77,000 per annum, based on a full-time 76-hour fortnight.
