Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Obstetrician and Gynaecologist Trainee to join our dynamic team. * Key Responsibilities:
* Provide obstetric and gynaecological care to patients with complex needs;
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams;
* Conduct thorough medical assessments and diagnostics to inform treatment decisions;
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless transitions of care and optimal patient outcomes;
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction;
* Stay up-to-date with latest research and best practices through ongoing education and professional development;
* Comply with all relevant policies and procedures, including those related to confidentiality and data protection;
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes;
* Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to promote transparency and trust;
* Participate in peer review and performance evaluation processes to ensure accountability and growth;
* Perform other duties as assigned by management or senior staff.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and attributes:
* Essential Qualifications:
* Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) with specialization in Obstetrics and Gynaecology;
* Current registration with the Medical Board of Australia;
* Postgraduate qualification in Obstetrics and Gynaecology (FRCOG or FRANZCOG) preferred but not essential.
