**Job Title:** Production Systems Engineer
About the Role:
In this key role, you will be responsible for optimizing and controlling the Bayer process through data analysis, process modeling, and production reporting. You will plan and oversee month-end inputs with internal and external teams, validate inputs and month-end calculations, and use and improve site reporting systems. Additionally, you will be responsible for SysCAD plant modeling and ownership of the plant model, conducting process impact assessments, project valuations, production budget and tracking, and implementing process solutions within a multi-disciplinary team environment.
Requirements:
* A strong commitment to personal and team safety;
* Tertiary qualifications in Engineering (desirable);
* Experience working in an industrial processing plant (preferred);
* Familiarity with the Bayer process (desirable);
* Proven ability to develop and implement process solutions within a multi-disciplinary team environment;
* Experience in troubleshooting process issues and delivering practical technical solutions;
* Excellent analytical thinking and effective verbal communication skills;
* Strong focus on customer service and achieving business outcomes;
