Key Responsibilities
* Supporting the lead agent with day‐to‐day sales and campaign activity
* Assisting with buyer enquiries, inspections, and follow‐ups
* Database management and lead nurturing
* Attending appraisals, open homes, and client meetings
* Preparing marketing materials and coordinating campaigns
* Learning negotiation, listing presentations, and deal execution
* Providing high‐level administration and sales support
* Assisting in driving buyer engagement and sales results
About You
* Strong interest in residential real estate sales
* Previous real estate experience advantageous but not essential
* Hungry, driven, and willing to learn quickly
* Confident communicator with a professional approach
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Positive attitude with strong follow‐through
* Thrives in a fast‐paced, performance‐driven environment
* Ideally based on or near the Central Coast
