Responsibilities
Provide high‑quality, patient‑centred primary care through face‑to‑face consultations and telephone assessments.
Assess, diagnose, and manage a wide range of acute and chronic conditions, ensuring safe and effective treatment and follow‑up where required.
Work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team—nurses, ANPs, pharmacists, and paramedics—to ensure coordinated and efficient patient care.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical records using EMIS Web as an important part of your daily work.
Contribute to practice clinical discussions, support continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain high clinical standards in line with current guidelines.
Develop specialist interests and contribute to specialist clinics, depending on your individual skills and interests.
