OverviewEndeavour Recruitment has a recent requirement for an experienced Service Desk Analyst for their busy client in Brighton. 
Our client is seeking candidates who are Customer Focused and can provide technical troubleshooting support at 1 st and 2 nd Line. 
This is a Desktop, Server and LAN support role. 
The salary will be commensurate with experience. 
ResponsibilitiesPrimary responsibilities will be to maintain computer stations and software, set up new users, liaise with 3 rd party suppliers, prioritise tickets and ensuring that all SLA's are met. 
Skillset / Qualifications2 Years' Experience in a similar roleWindows Desktop O/SSQLOffice 365Networking – Switches, Routers, Broadband, Leased Lines, VoIP and CablingSecurity – Patching & FirewallsContact Centre SoftwareService Desk and Projects
