This position is based in Spain, with the need to speak Spanish fluently. French and Italian are highly desirable. The role will require you to work with teams across Southern Europe and collaborate closely with your colleagues in Paris, France.

Your Area of Responsibility 
Strategic management of the defined territory 
Active market cultivation and development of country-specific sales strategies 
Execution and follow-up on market and customer-specific targets 
Consulting and maximization of existing customer business while supporting new clients 
Expansion of relationship management with a focus on strategic partnerships 
Generation of new business in the SME segment 
Responsibility for revenue, margins, and related KPIs 
Regular customer visits to maintain loyalty and negotiate project terms 
Proposal preparation, project planning, and pipeline management 
Follow up on campaign leads through personal networks 
Maintaining and analyzing CRM data to generate new partners and opportunities 
Team building, leadership, and management responsibilities 
Your Profile 
7+ years of sales and/or account management experience 
Commercial or technical degree (University, Bachelor, or Master) 
Entrepreneurial mindset recognized as a thought leader by leadership, peers, and developers 
Strong communication and teamwork skills, able to build and maintain productive relationships 
Independent, structured work style with a high level of flexibility, commitment, and willingness to travel 
Multilingual negotiation and presentation skills with a high closing ratio 
Strong knowledge of SaaS, cloud, analytics, databases, and ETL technologies as well as enterprise software sales 
Extensive industry network 
Proficient with MS-Office and CRM tools
