Role Title: Administration Officer
Rate: $30 - $35 per house
Contract: Ongoing
Location: Cessnock

You will be working with a local government agency based in Cessnock. They are seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join the team.
**Your new role**
Key Accountabilities:
- Assist with the compilation and production of agendas for meetings.
- Attend meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
- Provide the Finance and Administration Services unit with Business Support functions including, but not limited to preparation of correspondence, electronic filing and associated functions, customer request management, and security system requests.
- Process and reconcile monthly supplier statements.
- General adhoc administrative duties including but not limited to document management, reporting, filing and customer service duties.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous experience in an office administration or a similar role.
- Ability to multitask, manage completing deadlines and priorities tasks accordingly.
- Proficient in Microsoft Work & Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and an advanced proficiency with time management.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
