CV Services Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to lead electrical works across residential high‑rise construction projects. About the Role
As the Electrical Site Manager, you’ll take responsibility for the day‑to‑day coordination and delivery of electrical works on residential high‑rise projects. You’ll lead site teams, manage safety and quality outcomes, and work closely with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure programs are delivered to plan. This role requires strong technical capability, the ability to interpret drawings and specifications, and a proactive approach to planning, problem‑solving, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage on‑site electrical delivery across residential high‑rise projects
* Lead, train, and support a small team of electricians
* Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard
* Interpret drawings, specifications, manuals, and construction documentation
* Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal project teams
* Monitor progress, report on site activity, and resolve issues proactively
* Maintain a strong focus on WHS and quality compliance
About You
To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:
* Proven supervisory or site leadership experience
* Trade qualification with a current QLD Electrical Licence
* Strong understanding of construction methodologies and AS/NZS wiring standards
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work autonomously, think laterally, and plan effectively
* Strong customer focus and a collaborative team mindset
* Current Driver’s Licence and White Card
* A strong commitment to safety and quality
