Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Health & Safety Consultant to manage and deliver health and safety projects through a client-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver diverse health and safety projects.
- Work collaboratively with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide technical advice and support to clients, including WHS management system auditing and development, inspections, risk assessment, WHS advisory and assurance activities.
- Write technical reports and provide quality assurance and technical review.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and professional health and safety advice and services to clients.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in health and safety or equivalent (minimum Cert IV in WHS).
- Relevant industry experience as a health and safety practitioner across various industries and organisations.
- Accreditations such as Lead Auditor (ISO 45001, ISO 9001, ISO14001) highly regarded.
- Strong analytical approach, attention to detail, and exceptional problem-solving abilities.
- Effective time management and prioritisation skills.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships and communicate effectively across all levels.
- Current full driver's licence and willingness to complete a fitness for work assessment.
