About The Role
We're looking for a motivated and reliable Branch Assistant to join our successful team at Tradelink Muswellbrook. Be part of a business that prides itself on delivering quality products and outstanding service.
As a Branch Assistant, you'll be the first point of contact for retail and trade customers, guiding them through product selections, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring they receive top‐notch service. Your role will be a mix of customer interaction, sales support, and relationship management.
Responsibilities
* Assisting retail and trade customers with product selection and orders.
* Picking, packing, and dispatching orders.
* Sales processing, quotes, and customer follow‐ups.
* Stock control, cycle counting, and general housekeeping.
* Supporting the showroom team and nearby branches as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Team Player with a can‐do attitude.
* Physical fitness – on your feet, lifting and shifting throughout the day.
* Plumbing industry experience or knowledge of plumbing products or wholesale/trade sales experience.
* Warehouse experience in a similar environment.
* Strong communication skills – working closely with experienced tradespeople.
* Driver's licence – required; forklift licence preferred.
