Responsibilities:

* Elevate daily experiences of residents through effective program implementation and leadership.
* Work closely with residents, families, and local teams to deliver optimal lifestyle opportunities across the state.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic plans for leisure services.
* Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Requirements:
* Significant experience in the leisure sector, preferably in aged care or a related field.
* Strong leadership skills, including team management and development.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage residents, families, and colleagues.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a wider team.
* Travel extensively throughout the state to deliver leisure programs and support local teams.
