We are seeking an experienced and well-presented Gaming manager for our Gaming room opening in December 2025.
Reporting to the General Manager, this is a unique opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven individual to take the reins in our new state of the art Gaming room.
As an integral senior manager, the Gaming manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations and performance of the of the Gaming room. You will collaborate closely with a team of hospitality professionals to ensure our guests are offered the highest level of service whilst maintaining operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities include.
* Recruit, train and lead by example motivating staff to ensure service excellence.
* Analyse Gaming data to identify trends and develop strategies to enhance performance and player experience.
* Create and implement promotional activities and loyalty programs to attract and retain customers.
* Maintain compliance in accordance with relevant legislation and company policies.
* Resolve customer complaints related to payouts, house rules, or other problems.
* Ensure Gaming machines and equipment are clean and in good working order.
* Maintain relationships with relevant industry support services.
* Collaborate/complete all relevant scheduled Gaming reports.
* Promote a safe workplace by recognizing hazards and promoting general WPHS practices.
Ideal candidate attributes.
* Well presented, confident, results driven and committed to ensuring our customers always feel comfortable.
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a high-volume Gaming operation
* Hold current RSG, RMLV, Approved manager and CLO credentials.
* Must demonstrate at least 3 years of advanced experience with Max Gaming reporting system, Wildcat portal and member loyalty programs
* Extraordinary communication and conflict resolution skills
* Thorough understanding of compliance and Gaming regulations
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Proven experience in cash handling & Gaming machine operations
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays to coincide with the trading hours.
