**Position overview**
The Cadet will have the opportunity to undertake job training in the Planning and Service Performance (PSP) streams; Service Solutions; Planning and Reviews; and Performance and Institutional Research.
The Project Cadet will undertake job training in project management, project governance, service design, customer service as well as assist in the organisation of workshops, meetings and other stakeholder engagement activities.
The Planning Cadet will assist the team in the delivery of performance measurement, data analysis and reporting initiatives, and will work as a member of cross-functional teams and engage with a variety of stakeholders where data analysis, problem solving and customer service skills are used.
The Institutional Research Cadet will assist in the delivery of management information services with a particular emphasis on institutional research, social research, evaluations, business intelligence and reporting across the data life cycle.
The Cadetship is a three-year, fixed term appointment with the University and is open to students who are studying at the Australian National University (ANU) and have successfully completed, at a credit average, at least their first year of study with at least two years to complete the remainder of their study.
As a Cadet, you will be working full time and studying part time. You will be provided with generous study leave during academic sessions, to attend lectures/ tutorials/ exams and for private study. You will receive an allowance covering the Service and Amenities Fee and Textbook Expenses.
