We're seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to lead a high-performing team delivering essential services in the disability sector.
Reporting to the General Manager, you'll be responsible for day-to-day operational management, including compliance, staff performance, and quality improvement.
This role is based in Gympie and offers the chance to make a genuine impact within a supportive and mission-driven team.
Duties Include:
* Overseeing internal operations including HR, compliance, administration, and service delivery
* Leading and supporting the leadership and management team
* Ensuring compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and WHS regulations
* Managing and updating organisational policies, systems, and manuals
* Supporting staff recruitment, onboarding and development
* Conducting audits, facilitating team meetings and performance reviews
* Contributing to strategic planning and continuous improvement
Skills/Experience Required:
* Experience in a team leader/coordinator or leadership role within NDIS or community services
* Strong understanding of NDIS frameworks, legislation, and compliance
* Exceptional leadership, communication and relationship management skills
* Experience in financial systems (MYOB preferred) and sound numeracy skills
* Blue Card, NDIS Worker Screening Check and C class driver's licence (mandatory)
