We’re currently in an exciting growth phase and focused on expanding our reach across multiple states and territories in Australia. We’re looking for a motivated Sales Representative, based in our Brisbane, Morningside office to play a key role in driving this expansion and building the relationships that will fuel our continued success.
About the Role:
As our Sales Representative, you’ll be the driving force behind our growth. You’ll manage your sales activities, seek out new business, develop long-lasting relationships, and provide hands-on support to trade professionals in the torque-critical tools sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Grow and manage your reach across QLD, NT, NSW, SA and more, focusing on building long-term customer relationships.
* Achieve sales targets and KPIs, driving revenue growth through direct sales and new business development.
* Conduct on-site product demonstrations to showcase our premium services and tool calibration solutions.
* Cold calling and targeting new prospects, organising sales trips to meet with potential clients across multiple locations.
* Manage customer accounts, ensuring ongoing satisfaction with regular follow-ups and expert advice.
* Hands-on learning and occasional training to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
About You:
We're looking for a sales professional with strong technical knowledge of torque-critical tooling and maintenance, who can build long-term customer relationships, deliver practical solutions, and represent Torc Tight in both hands-on technical settings and professional environments.
Key Qualifications:
* Must-have hands-on experience with torque-critical tools, including strong knowledge of the tools, machinery, and equipment relevant to fields within industrial, trade, mining, wind, hydro, or related sectors .
* Strong sales experience with a proven track record of achieving targets.
* Hands-on experience with tools and machinery is a bonus (whether through trade experience or personal projects).
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to connect and maintain relationships with trade professionals.
* Comfortable with cold calling and territory management, particularly in the trades and industrial sectors.
* Self-motivated with excellent time management and organisational skills.
