Classroom Teacher Responsibilities
The Classroom Teacher plays a vital role in inspiring and supporting students by delivering engaging, purposeful lessons using evidence-based strategies and approved curriculum resources. They create inclusive environments where students feel valued and motivated to achieve their best.
Through regular assessment and personalized feedback, they guide each student's learning journey, carefully tracking progress and celebrating milestones along the way. By collaborating and communicating with colleagues and families, they help build a strong support network around each student.

Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this teaching role, you will need:
* Bachelor of Teaching or Master of Teaching
* Working with Working with Children Check (WWCC) registration
* NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) registration
