* Providing high-level advice to the Minister, AHO Board, and Secretary on Aboriginal housing strategies and policies.
* Championing the development of social housing policy priorities and the Aboriginal housing sector in NSW.
* Fostering strong engagement and capability development of staff, creating a culture of excellence.
Candidates must possess commercial acumen, experience working with Aboriginal communities, and management expertise to maintain a strong organizational culture.
Tertiary qualifications and equivalent experience in government administration, public policy development, and implementation are highly desirable.
