What will you be doing?
* Identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities, with a strong focus on greenfield markets
* Building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline through research, networking, and proactive outreach
* Conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations
* Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with new and existing clients
* Acting as the key point of contact for accounts and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
* Collaborating with the Head of Sales to implement strategic sales plans
* Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities
* Preparing sales forecasts, performance reports, and CRM updates
* Working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
What do you need?
* Minimum 4 years' experience in sales and account management
* Background in transport, automotive, truck bodies, or related industries highly regarded
* Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Strategic mindset with the ability to adapt to market changes
* CRM and computer literacy (Microsoft Office and sales tools)
* Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work autonomously
