We are seeking an Instructional Designer to join our team and design engaging and contemporary learning resources and materials for various audiences with different skill levels. In this role, you will develop training programs and learning resources that utilise a variety of delivery methods, such as online, face-to-face, and virtual, to cater to diverse adult learning styles.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop a robust evaluation framework for learning programs, including on-the-job evaluation, and use learner feedback to improve the quality of delivery and customer outcomes.
- Provide feedback to line managers on any concerns about staff participation.
- Create training resources that are accessible, version-controlled, and available for the team.
- Schedule and coordinate session requirements, including enrolment administration, training resources, venues, accommodation, and travel.
**Requirements**:
- At least two years of experience in a Learning and Development role.
- Demonstrated competence in facilitating group and individual learning.
- Certificate IV in TAE.
- Sound knowledge of adult learning principles.
- Tertiary education in a relevant field of study.
- Experience working in the disability sector.
