Ensure marketing content is deployed accurately based on vendor agreements and joint marketing plans with key strategic partners such as Apple, Google and Samsung. Ensure content is managed carefully based on legally approved start/end dates on trading offers.
- Digital Visual Merchandising : We have an ambition to create more immersive, touch and feel experiences in our stores to build our brand. This includes brand activations, audio playlists, interactive speaker, smart home and gaming demo units. It may extend to more touch-screen experiences, and new tech such as holograms, VR or smart lighting.
- Evolving our storytelling : Consult into Retail CX and Retail Store Tech teams to integrate key messages and content from the Marketing COE into new solutions such as Mobile POS and Solution Builder. Support these teams on wayfinding and screen messaging to drive awareness of these new experiences with customers.
- Collaboration and stakeholder management : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Store Design, Store Tech, Product/Category and Retail CX, to ensure alignment to the Retail 2030 plan. Lead engagements with external vendors, agencies and partners.
