Job Overview
The role of the Nurse Manager, Patient Flow Unit is pivotal in ensuring seamless clinical care, patient flow, and hospital operations across a 24-hour period. The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively managing patient access, staffing replacement, and bed capacity management.
As a key member of the team, you will be expected to work collaboratively with colleagues to drive exceptional patient outcomes and contribute to a culture of excellence within the organization.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a relevant tertiary degree qualification and appropriate registration/licences as a Registered Nurse. A postgraduate qualification or enrollment in a relevant program is highly desirable. Additionally, you will be required to work all shifts in accordance with the unit roster and hold a C Class Motor Vehicle Licence.
