About The Position
* Deliver direct service and planning/administration with a focus on building trust and confidence with clients
* Collaborate closely with colleagues, stakeholders, carers, and service providers across the region
* Empower children and their families to navigate complex health systems
Requirements
* A relevant tertiary qualification and current registration as a Nurse (RN/EN), Social Worker, Aboriginal Health Practitioner, or other recognised health professional
* Proven understanding of child protection and out-of-home care systems and associated health needs
* Ability to build strong relationships, advocate for families, and coordinate care plans
