Stock Controller - Two Positions Available
Hours of Work– Full-time, 76-hour fortnight, Monday-Friday

The Role
A great opportunity is now available to join our planning and warehousing team at our Braeside facilities. These roles will ensure the smooth supply and flow of inventory within the supply chain. This includes but isn't limited to, receiving and storing of goods, inventory transfers and deliveries, maintaining inventory accuracy using system and process, maintaining OH&S and GMP standards all whilst working collaboratively and effectively within a team environment.
Key responsibilities:
Stock Receivals
Checking goods to ensure they meet delivery standards and are accurate to what was ordered.
Record transactions in the system.
Dispatch and Stock Transfers
Goods are packaged correctly for the safe movement and delivery of goods both external and internal.
Record transactions in the system.
Storing goods and accuracy
Ensuring the safe and accurate storage of inventory maintaining quality standards through batch rotation, allergen control, etc.
Maintain accurate inventory records to avoid shortages and fulfilment delays.
Calling off inventory from Procurement and Storage Warehouses.
Maintaining QA requirements and record keeping.
Stocktakes and Counts
Assist with the completion of stocktakes and stock counts.
Posting stocktakes and stock counts in the system.
Other
Drive Safety in each aspect of the day.
Maintain high GMP standards across the facility.
Assist other departments when required.
Be available to work across different sites.
Adhoc duties as required.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Receipt accuracy >/= 98%.
Team inventory accuracy >/= 98%.
Warehouse GMP >/= 100%.
The Successful Candidate:
Minimum 3-5 years' experience managing inventory.
Experience using ERPs with SAP highly desirable.
Proven ability to manage working relationships across production, planning, and warehouse operations.
Strong planning and organisational skills.
Strong administration and intermediate excel skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as good numerical ability.
Previous experience working in a fast-paced food manufacturing facility.
Ability to work under pressure.
A team player
